OYD specializes in personalized instruction aboard your own vessel. We understand that learning how to dock and maneuver in close quarters situations can be very stressfull without proper instruction. We aim to eliminate that hassle.

Some of our clients are first time yacht owners, others are just looking for a bit of improvement. Whatever sort of instruction you are seeking, we can usually help to make you more comfortable with your vessel in all situations.

OYD also has recieved requests for assisted passagemaking - where you would lke an experienced OYD mate or captain aboard for a delivery or personal trip aboard your vessel. Often we can dramatically improve your boating knowlege in a short period of time on trips like these. On offshore deliveries we will cover everything from pre-vessel inspections to safety briefing to navigation to the actual operation of the vessel.
